Five weeks from seeking mentors to a six-figure offer.

I broke into medical sales by seeking mentors. One said, "Build a brag book." Another said, "Fix your LinkedIn." A third told me to create a 30-60-90 day plan. I listened. Five weeks later, I had a six-figure offer.

By year three, I'd broken into oncology and doubled my salary.

Then people started asking: "How'd you do it? Can you help me?"

I said yes. I coached them. People went from $60K to $120K. From $120K to $220K. The same framework worked over and over.

That's when I realized: my mentors' system actually works. Most people just don't have access to someone who's lived it.

As an author of 9 books, including a Wall Street Journal bestseller, I've spent years helping people tell their authentic stories. I wanted to bring that same approach to medical sales: help you tell your why, your story, to hiring managers in a way that converts.

So I developed Medical Sales U. I use AI to scale personalized coaching, but it never sounds robotic. You get authentic storytelling paired with proven systems.

I'm not a consultant talking theory. I'm someone who broke in, climbed the ladder, and helps others do the same by teaching them to own their story.

Built at the companies you want to work for.
